Deleting Account
User Request to Delete Data
You have the right to request that we delete the information we have collected from you. If you want to delete your account and data we have collected from you, you may email to us: davia@okwave.global or request to our customer support page. To ensure that we do not delete your personal information in response to a fraudulent request, once you submit the request, we may follow up to confirm that you want your information to be deleted. Upon such verification, our customer support or technical team will proceed to search the account and scheduled to delete it from the system. Within 3 days, our system will permanently delete all the user's data including user information, friends' birthday and sent card history. If user want to cancel the deletion, they need to contact us again within the 3 days period.

Since 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Policy Regarding Children Under 13
We do not knowingly collect personal information such as name and email address from children under 13. From time to time, certain portions of our Service may allow all users (including children under 13) to disclose a limited amount of personal information without first telling us their age or parental permission.
